SIX and NINE Team Districts

I count 5 SIX team districts and 5 NINE team districts... Considering 4 teams make the playoffs from each district, this seems a bit unbalanced...

I was very surprised that 2-5A and 3-5A were kept the same. Then again, Midland High would travel up north to Amarillo (or vice versa)--same with Odessa High--a minimum 4 hour ONE WAY trip! Geez, it's bad enough San Angelo Central has to travel 5 hours to Amarillo (or vice versa). Throw in 4 other schools with 4 hour distances ONE WAY, and it is just a downright nightmare.
