Aldine in the upset.
Wishful thinking mostly. More than likely Aldine needs to win out to even make the playoffs.

Early in the season, Aldine was putting up alot of points and yards. I think Crawford is maybe 1-2 years away from aldine being a dominant force in the district. Eisenhower has played a really tough pre-district schedule including Northshore, Hightower and Beaumont Westbrook. Ike lost a couple games early but I feel that playing against that kind of talent has and will help them not only win this week but also to capture another district champioship. Ike by 9

I think Aldine will pull out the win...this is still a heated rivalry, even though IKE has one the past couple of meetings. Coach Crawford has brought the team back close to Coach Smith standards, and I think Aldine will be very dominant in the next couple of years. This will be a close game, and I think Aldine will come out on top, but barely...maybe like the end of the 90s. I know Thorne will be rocking, and can't wait to sit on the home side and cheer on the Mustangs!

Can't see either team in a blow-out win. I predict Ike by 4. Ike has only beaten MacArthur by more than 14, and Mac is, well, not very good. (13 points scored on the year). My jury is still out on Aldine. They have played better since Crawford's arrival, but I just can't pick 'em over Ike.

Humble HAS to beat Nimitz.

It would be better if Aldine loses because it means we have a shot at losing to Nimitz and still making it. But i rather just win our final two, if we can't do that....then we have no business going to the playoffs.


Hopefully Kyle Washington will get more reps....I think the coaching staff and fans underestimated him....He should of been on Varsity the whole time.

I can. They have a pretty damn good offense. If they can throw the rock a little they will beat Ike. Ike doesn't have the horses on offense to blow past anyone. They have a monster defense, but at this point id say Ike, Atascocita, and Humble defense are all about even (Humble's Defense has improved leaps and bounds since the start of the season....Next year this unit will be one of the best in the state...Hope 4a is ready....with 8 returning starters on defense...it is going to get ugly)....Aldine by 3 pts.

Just for Moose Knuckles, Ike beat MacArthur 37-0 (not by only 13 as you stated) and called the dogs off early in the 3rd quarter! Also Ike's defense is the number 1 def. in the district. Ike has the tools to win this one big (if they show up to play).

Pretty sure Atascocita has the number 1 defense in the district.

Eagles avg. 13.5 PAPG


and id even venture to say that Humble's defense is better then IKE

I'd say not after last night, only being up on MacArthur 23-15 with 2 mins left and giving up almost 300 yards, I think Ike held MacArthur to less than 100...
