Great news the OC @ Cy-Falls will stay for 06. The job at Cy-Woods will go to an Asst. JV coach or a Asst. Magnolia Coach. I feel bad for our OC but it will be a great Omen in 06 with Cy-Falls beingf ranked in top ten of 5A. Coach TT of Cy-Falls will get his well deserved job SOON!

OC at Falls was never really in the running for the Woods job and it is not going to any JV or Magnolia assistants. Bill Wilson, formally of Houston Westside by way of Cy Springs HS is the new coach at Cy Woods.

Don't know where you got this, but you have some bad information. Wilson was reassigned at Westside for issues that happened during the season. He is not a finalist for the Woods job. The OC from Falls was closer than Wilson to getting the job and Konjera of Magnolia and Jones of Jersey Village are the two who are left.

There is nothing to wait on, it has already been done.

Unless I missed something nobody has been named at Woods. All of this is speculation - I'm saying Bill Wilson gets the job at Woods regardless of the Westside situation.

That will be something because he is no longer in the running for the job.
I guess if they reopen it, he has a shot.

What I said is true! OC will stay at Cy-Falls and will go far into the 06 playoffs. TT will then get his well deserved HC job. I think the fact that Cy-Falls was deep into the playoffs and has been for the last couple of years, TT has not practiced his interviewing very much. Much like Gary Kubes/Texans. Politics has alot to do with it. TT is a very good coach and will make someone look very good one day. His time will come. Cy-Falls will be ranked in top ten in 06.

Sounds like the team and coaches will stay intact since we lose very few to graduation. My biggest hope is that we go WAY deep into the playoffs - as in the last game of the playoff season:) Time will tell because it's still a bit early but I was up at the school the other day and some of the guys were practicing during class and they were hyped up and seemed to be having a good time...keep up that spirit and go all the way with that extraordinary talent that will be the Cypress Falls Golden Eagles 2006 edition:D
