Who is this kid and where did he come from? The run happy District 13-5A has a new rushing leader averaging almost 10 yards per carry on 75 touches.

Over 700 yards already. 375 against Westfield...

I never heard of him, Elijah Johnson was the RB last year.

I'm gonna guess and say he was on the freshman team last season.
What's up with Westfield and young RB's coming out parties? Didnt Lasco burst onto the scene as a freshamn with 300 against Westfield?

So true. And the 700+ yards are in just 4 games. Do we have a new Daniel Lasco in 13-5A?

Did he play for the Studewood Cobras in youth football?

Too early to tell....before the game against Westfield he was 44-328yards and 4 TD's(3 games)

He got that in one game against Westfield.

I Coached the NW 49ers. Bunch of kids in CyFair from those 49er teams making noise in 15-5A now. There was a Trey for the Cobras who was a good RB. His uncle told me that he was going to Dekaney. I thnk that is the same kid.

That was a tough youth league. Gang of talent throughout greater Houston.

I'll ask around and find out. But yeah...their is some talent there, seems like the best are headed to St.Pius instead of B.T. Washington now.

Trey transfered from Aldine HS or a Aldine middle School. Older brother played at Aldine High and is currently @ West Texas A&M.
