I think he will make a good reciever there.. he reminds me a lot of old Westlake QB Schroeder who also went on to play college ball at A&M.

But aggy has the second coming at the QB spot...I thought he was all you guys needed...why are you getting excited about yet another QB?

What I saw was a Longhorn fan that made a sarcastic comment about him and Vince and Aggy took at as serious.

I'm sort of on the fence. But I'm leaning towards him being a bust. Why? Mechanics and the fact that they won't be able to scale back the playbook and expect to be successful.

Closed out the year with nearly 3000 yard of O production...passing and rushing...

Well i`m sure there was`nt any aggie recruits around the top wr in S.A. who commited during his junior year!Beyer gets the jump,with spring football this year.I`m sure he`ll be hanging out with starting offensive tackle Corey Clark (SV)learning the offense off the field.I`m sure staying in Texas (big 12)has just a little more pull than some northern wr coach!:p

For the moment,if your counting stars!Beyer has more stars at wr,chris has more at qb.BUT!if Beyer would have been SV`s qb,where he was the back up,only because he could`nt play both positions at once,it would be different there with the stars also!He came into the P-ville game when Hill got hurt,and SV struggling on offense,and rallied them to 2 td`s in the last 2 minutes of the half,and SV never trailed again.His first play he ran for about 50 yards to set up the 1st of 2 td`s.The aggies get 2 fine ball players,no matter how you slice the talent.:cool:

At a Rivals combine, he weighed in under 180 and ran about a 4.7 40 (4.68 to be exact). That 40 time was posted at a combine so it is legit. Anybody know the story behind that?

Hey Wide... how many times have you walked around A&M campus during a regular Fall or Spring semester ? It's crazy man... I have alot of respect for the history of A&M and the University has produced alot of great military men (God bless America).

But, there aint no way I could of gone to school there and dealt with all that "wanta be" military crap all over the place. I've spent 9 years on active duty and I saw more damn saluting on A&M campus then I've ever seen on a dang military base I think.:D

My nephew is a student there...and everytime I see him he tells me about how gay the corps is...
I compare them to those little JROTC kids that used to come and eat lunch at the galley up in Great Lakes. If a fight broke out between the two...I'm putting my money on the JROTC kids.

To much man !!!:D My buddy went there and was in the Corp for one year. He couldnt take all the crap anymore and basically got "kicked out" so he went into the Army active duty. He became a Ranger and served in the first Gulf War.


He laughs about his Aggy Corp days now.

I did hear that A&M has produced more military officers then the 3 service Academies (Navy, Air Force and West Pt.). I dont know if that true are not however.

We have one of them in our building. He thinks the Corps is great. All-in-all, he's a better officer than some of these other cats I know and don't have respect for. He's a Lieutenant, so I'll give him some more time to turn bad!:p
