The San Antonio area was well-represented on the Texas Sports Writers Association's Class 5A All-State team with 12 selections on the first three teams. On the first team are Smithson Valley defensive lineman Ryan Moczygemba, Judson defensive back Tony Harp and East Central punter Logan Presas.

Second-team choices are Judson guard Aaron Caudell, Smithson Valley wide receiver Cody Beyer, Clemens running back James Henry and Judson kick returner Derrick Williams.

On the third squad are offensive tackles Connor Smith of Smithson Valley and Nick Galindo of Clark and defensive linemen Joe Norris of Clemens, Brandon Wilson of Jay and Travis Houston of Judson.

Seems to be a pretty standard mix to me. Dallas always gets their fair share and beyond due to media blitzes. Thankfully there's not 25 guys from El Paso that couldn't start anywhere else.

yea he returned 1 kick return and 1 punt return for touchdowns, but he also had a pretty high average

I can't complain this year. I think Fox was the only guy from Judson on any of the teams last year and we got mroe this year. I was glad to see an absence of EP guys expect that one guy.
