What are your predicitons for the start of the 12 5A games this week?

Cove vs Ellison: My Pick Cove
Temple vs AMC: My Pick Temple
Harker H vs Belton: My Pick Belton
Shoemaker vs Bryan: My Pick Bryan

I think the GOTW will be Temple vs AMC, could be close but Temple should come out with a victory.

I agree with you. I think the Temple vs Consol game will be close.

Cove @ Ellison - Cove by 14, Ellison is only averaging 21 Points per game, Cove is averaging almost 50. Do the math.

AMC @ Temple - A&M by 3, Two similar teams. Temple has a great RB but he doesn't have a lot of help. A&M is better overall. It will be close.

Harker Heights @ Belton - Belton by 10, Belton hasn't lost this year but what is the record of the people they have played? If Harker Heights protects the ball they have a shot at winning but I think Belton will be too much for them.

Shoemaker @ Bryan - Bryan by 14, Shoemaker doesn't have any depth and their starting QB (Showers) will be out three more weeks. Bryan wins by attrition.

I guess the only difference in the predictions in on the Temple/AMC game. I still think Temple pulls this game out, but I agree it will be a close game and worth the ticket price to watch the game. Winners, Dawgs, Wilcats, Tigers, Vikings.
