Does anyone know the projected cutoff for 4A? The reigning 5A Div. 1 State Champs are next to last in enrollment. This is according to todays FWST newspaper.
Some other of local interest are:
CCHS- 2425
SLC- 2408
GV- 2242
PESH- 5652
PLANO- 5122
LEWISVILLE- 3462

Trinity is very close to 4A. Anyone out there got anything to add to this let's here it. Can't believe we are 11 students away from the bottom of the district.

It more than likely is a mistake. Although Colleyville has taken alot of kids away. Not to mention the N.I.M.B.Y.'s who want their kids at Colleyville and Southlake. Some even Bell. In the recents years though, there has been alot of residential building in Euless. Especially, building of Apartments.

That's my question!! Where have the students gone?? We are just a step from 4A. Lineweaver has won the championship in 3A and 5A so he might get a shot at 4A someday you never know!!!

I guarantee you that Bell And Trinity were switched because 2 years ago Bell almost went 4a and Trinity was around 3000.
The logical answer is that the Bell and Trinity enrollments were accidently switched

Is this counting freshman at the junior highs?
RidgePride I remember talking to our older coaches about that, and they said that yes, we were a step away from 4A, but that wasn't counting the freshman, so they multiplied our enrollment by 1.3.

I didn't see it on their website. Do they have the numbers for all districts, or just those 2?

UIL always counts freshman even if they are at a different campus. Just like SLC has a 9-10 campus and an 11-12 campus. Students from 9-12 are what make the enrollment.

I read the same article in the FWST and had to do a double-take. Those figures for 6-5A are the 2004 enrollment figures when the UIL last realigned the district in 2004 based on the previous year's enrollment.

if that is true, then why would et have been the d-1 rep, as sgp is bigger.
