Interesting reading with a Big 12 Head Referee - Cooper Castleberry. In my very biased and humble opinion - one of the best refs living in Texas and a man you may very well (and should) see on Sundays under the mike in a few years:

Cooper was the head ref during the Colorado/Nebraska game this year when the stands went berserk for no reason. Interesting how he handled it. No one is more frank than Cooper and he's the best IMO.
