Does anyone have any information about the War Eagles? I've seen they're 2-0 but are they for real? Any news would be greatly appreciated. I'll be back in the Houston area in a couple weeks and I'd like to get a "heads-up" about the team.

Yes they are for real. Lots of returning starters. They have game breakers Dotson and Handy and a very good qb in Cyr.

Have you seen them play? I heard they may have some question marks at offensive line. do they have a shot at a playoff spot?

Saw them a couple of times last year and this year in 7 on 7. I might go to Turner tomorrow and catch their game.

At this point, they probably deserve to be at least 3rd favorite behind Lufkin and Woodz in 14-5a
