Curse Jerry Jones. Greedy :Censor:. Oh well, I do like San Antonio.
Hells yes!
I hope they are coming to Dallas next season.
Note to Jerry: Dont schedule a basketball game in a state that loves their high school football. Thanks!

I guess the sites will be bid on a yearly basis and there will be no more two year deals?

that's what I was wondering ... it seems that the two year deal was held until this year. were the two year deal still in affect the 'ship would be at Reliant, yes?

I guess the Cotton Bowl in Dallas could get in on the bidding since Jerry can't.

I see this as pretty darn stupid. When we played Carroll a few years ago, we could have just met in Waco and played at Waco ISD or Floyd Casey.... but NOOOOO. Westlake, AND Carroll, AND the refs all have to travel south to San Antonio.... freaking stupid. Don't get me wrong, I like San Antonio, I just think it's unwise to have a predetermined site.

I'd rather see the schools decide the venue when the time comes. The predetermined site is not the best option IMO.

I agree, this just seems like someone is lining some UIL persons pockets.
Do not see anything that justified this and too many in San Antonio.:( Guess only good thing is at least no one will have home field advantage since that Region does not go very often.
Guess I just have to watch it on TV.

Baylor is trying to get a dome stadium in the river here in Waco... if that passes look for alot of state championship games to be held at the "Bear Dome"
Video on the dome....
