Roger Clemens had a hole-in-one on the 180-yard, par-3 second hole at the Classic Course at Northstar on Saturday to help his team win the celebrity competition in the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic.
This is getting ridiculous.

Hopefully that wasn't a scene from Brokeback mountain. I hear the UT chess club is having troubles this year.

They haven't gotten me as a fan yet. That counts for a little, doesn't it?:D Seriously, they still have a chance to hold the football, baseball, and basketball titles at the same time. I'll root against them in some games, but root for 'em outside the state.

Basketball they are coming on strong, they are in posistion for a number 1 seed. In Baseball they are flat scary, they are going to be loaded and I would not be surprised to see them go wire to wire as the top ranked team. I dont think they lose more than 7-8 games this year.

I am really looking forward to Baseball season. They return all of their starting pitchers this year. I think they may have a starters staff ERA of under 2.

Usually people would laugh at that statement, but I agree with you. That pitching is nasty, the defense is nasty, the way they play small ball is nasty, they way they always seem to get the big extra base hit whey they need it is nasty. They do the right thing on the baseball field and I enjoy watching them play the game, the only word I can use to describe the way Texas plays the game is beautiful.

This statement is so true. They are a throwback to what the game should be. The best stat that I had seen during the CWS was that Texas scores a run in an inning in which their leadoff man reaches base 50% of the time.

That right there tells you why they win so many games. That is incredible.
