Lots of choices, it looks like another great week of football! Sorry if I left out any it's late and I can't sleep.

I almost left this one out(might be obvious winner) but I'm personally more interested in in-state battles.

Garland looked very impressive this last week, I know it was against Dallas Kimball but still put 60 points on them.

Duncanville handled Permian by shutting them out the second half.

Someone has to lose.

Permian scored on each drive that the coaches had a chance to think about(first of each half). Let's see how this staff gels over the course of this season.

I'd rather go with the Westlake/Lake Travis game. But I think Lake Travis is going to handle Westlake.

So I went with Katy/Woodlands just because.

All good games. I am only going to attend one so I picked that game. Katy vs The Woodlands looks interesting as well. All key confidence builders.

Had to go with the SLC game.......Arlington is going to be much better than I see them getting credit for.
Can't pick the Katy game because no way The Woodlands plays as well this year.
The D'ville / Garland game is an upset in the making considering the surprise we all saw from that defense.

Although Trinity would be a great pick. Im looking forward to Woodlands @ Katy. Should be a good one. I'd rather see instate action. But that's just me. I will watch Trinity on TV though.

Lots of great choices, but I have to go with Katy and TWHS. I'm thinking Katy wants some serious revenge over last year's debacle.

My curiosity says Trinity and the team from somewhere else, but Katy and The Woodlands has the chance to be the best game.

I'm shocked by the Katy turnout :notworthy but I expected there to be more interest in seeing how Plano, Desoto, and Sv rebound.

Something tells me SA Clark & Alamo Heights will be a great one this week! Maybe the closest thing to last years wild shootout between SA Madison and Kerrville Tivy.

My lady, I will not be there this time. I am planning on watching from my comfy couch with my cold beer. I will be seeing Trinity sometime this season, but not for this one.


We had some good laughs that day and I haven't forgot it either. We'll do it again this season for sure!

Hard to choose from that list of great games. I stayed away from the homer pick, and went with the best Austin team against one of the best in the Austin area, should be a good one!! ET loses to Bingham...no, Garland gets upset by D-Ville...no, Katy gets REDEMPTION...not in the way I want it!!, Plano v Desoto intrigues me, but I think Desoto wins! SC takes care of busines...as usual, and CJRockets put up "L" #2 on SV.
