I know this is basketball, but it's so absurd that it deserves more attention and this forum.

Tom Penders is 60 and has had heart problems. He came back to Texas to coach at UH last year. The Cougars played UAB and lost by 3 yesterday. Late in the first half, he passed out on the floor right after they called a foul on UH. The refs gave him a T for being on the floor and after a few minutes, they revived him, took him to the locker room and he returned in the 2nd Half. They never did rescind the T. That's ludicrous and just another example of how refs are too arrogant and can't admit they make mistakes.

maybe they were Texas Exes...

Tom has made a pretty big splash in trying to return to the game. He is trying to get that program from 0 to 60mph in one year. The stress is showing already.
