Back to skoo' in the South Plains

Tech starts tomorrow. Looks like the semester should be better than last Spring so I'm looking forward to the semester. Not sure why but it just seems that things will be smoother. It took a while but I began to appreciate the value of learning so maybe that's why I embrace the schoolwork more, I suppose.

I'm a little bitter that classes went up in price but I kind of expect it now. The Financial Aid office has been packed all week. I wonder how many students Tech will have this year.


Nevertheless, good luck to everyone attending skoo' (high school or college).

My first week at Tech the boys from Gordon came over and did a panty raid. I was then dunked in the front fountain in the name of Gordon Hall. Good times:D

I am sooo ready for this semester!! :) News writing is going to suck, but I'll live. I have a feeling everything is going to be really good especially since all my friends are now officially back. These next two weekends should be fun too. :)

But yeah, I hope all of you in school have a fabulous semester and year. It'll be a good one, I can pretty much guarantee it!
