No terminators. Just humans and insect-like aliens.

i saw it a few nights ago...it was a lot weirder than i thought it would be, and i thought it was going to be weird. there were some cool parts and plenty of things/people/aliens blowing up, but it was too strange for me...it was pretty captivating though. they definitely set up a sequel, and i'm sure i'll end up going to it.

The filmakers and FBI probably wouldn't agree with you.

After my wife and I walked out of the theater a teenager commented, "Why was it rated 'R'?"

I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. I thought the alien child made the aliens seem like emotional beings and brought a more civilized aspect to the Prawns than what the movie portrayed...
I want to understand their language.

Hijacker!
Inglorious Basterds sounds like a good name for the bunch of us in The Yard. :D
I finally saw it the other night... and I really liked it! I love seeing things blow up and whatnot. Anyway, I'm such a girl and almost cried a few times because some parts definitely had potential for sadness so I was understandably upset, hah. The movie kept my attention for sure and I really want to see the sequel.

Tarentino might have made another masterpiece. I can't wait to go see it again. The opening scene alone should earn "the nazi" an actor nod. This movie reminded me how much I miss spaghetti westerns.

Just saw the Basterds. I give it an A+. It was Tarantino all the way, and kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. I may like it the best of all his films.

Same here! The movie was amazing and the storyline was perfect. I didn't know it was a 3 hour movie and it didn't feel like one, that's how good it is!
