2005 Westlake graduate Turner Wimberly, an all-district QB from their 2004 team, has committed to Vanderbilt after spending this past season at a prep school in New Jersey. Way to go Turner!

Will he be playing WR or DB. Because i wasnt impressed what so ever with his arm whenever i saw him play last year. But IMO he did have enough wheels to play another position in college.

That is a great question, LL. At The Hun School (yes, that is the name of the school in Jersey where he went) he played QB, WR, DB and even punted! I think they'll give him shot at playing QB, with Cutler graduating and all. But I would agree that he could get on the field and contribute at WR or DB a lot quicker. Turner did have a really live arm, he just had a hard time reading coverages and such.
