QB that picks his nose..................or QB that smokes weed, molests little girls, stands on other players legs while they are on the ground, and pulls a gun on teenagers?
You make the call...

Who ever said anything about Vick?
I'll take Stephen McGee, the kid who almost took the e ventual champs to the house in his first ever NCAA start...the same kid who CRACKED HIS HELMET in highschool...the same kid who took a hard hit from one of t.u's best (Killebrew) and wanted more.
I don't want Vick for obvious reasons, and I don't want a greedy, nose-picking QB either. Although, Young's leadership is basically unparallelled (sp?).

Is this the same kid that went 9-23 passing, 83 yards, one int, fumbled three times, lost one fumble, sacked four times, and lost by more than 10 in that game against Texas.

Oh my gosh! He's picking his nose! Let's all laugh cause we're in second grade!
Seriously though, he is not knuckle-deep, cramming his finger up there. He is just doing that thing all of us guys do where we scratch the inside of our nose almost subconsciously.

The one and only......the new pride of aggy-land.
100 bucks says they go 4-7 with this kid next year...
200 bucks while you decide if you want to take the bet.

Wide, you offering 200 that A&M goes 4-7 next year with McGee???
If that is the case I will take that one right now.
biki1121
01-16-2006, 10:53 PM
Actually, you need to clarify that one. 12 games to be played next year as a regular season. Are you offering a 4 win season with McGee at the helm for $200??
If so, I would like a piece of that. How you want to handle the money? Lufkin honor and do it at the end of next season or pony up now and pick a mutual "holder", say someone like Charles Arnold, etc.
Let me know if you were serious!

Didn't know they played 12 games next season.
I will go 200...and I say they finish 5-7...or worse
We can settle up at the end of next season.
I'll honor the bet if I lose...Lp honor bro.
Plus everybody on here saw it.
Deal?

Probably can settle it at a playoff game in Waco, ehh.;)

Actually, in hindsight, you're luck may be out on that one. Everything we are hearing right now is that a district with Golden Triangle, Baytown's, GP and North Shore is what is going to happen. That would put us deep in Region 3.
Oh well, if that happens, how about meet up in Austin or something. I've been hankering for a TruLuck's Ribeye or lunch at Juan in a Million.

I would take that bet wide and I'm not even an aggy. aggsy first four games next year are against The Citadel, ULaLA, Army and Louisiana Tech. I know aggy sucks, but that should be four wins right there. Throw in games against Mizzou, OK State, Kansas and Baylor and even a terrible aggy team could win 5. Fact is, with that atrocious schedule, if aggy goes anything less that 7-5, Fran needs to be six feet under next to the dead dogs. aggy should make a bowl game simply by virtue of their laughable schedule alone.
biki1121

Wide, JTK is right.
I can't do that to an alum. I'll drop that bet to "any contribution to the alumni association" or buying a new Lp shirt to support the alumni association as the bet. A&M's schedule is prettty cream puff this year. Before any college teams, I support Lufkin first. So you want to back this up and go with the new terms?

Oh the UIL thing, realignment comes out early February. Then you have the 30 days to appeal. The usual insiders on this stuff are going with best "guesstimates" as UIL has really been silent on this stuff this year.

Okay...I will change the bet to this.
I say aggy goes 6-6 or worse...if this happens you have to post a pic of yourself with a UT cap on...doing "hook 'em Horns"
If they finish above .500 I have to post a pic of me with an aggy cap on...doing "gig 'em"

Hey #1 Fan, in the words of Corso, NOT SO FAST! Have you played Diboll lately? I thought about going this week but I didn't know how the greens would be with the weather we have had. Their winter green grass doesn't always hold up well when it get hot and dry. I don't know why I worry about it however, my golf game sucks so bad that bald green would probably help me.
