Looking at O week games, this is the oddest one out there. Is it part of something bigger? Some sort of Valley Classic?

Yes....minus the Valley teams. When "Promoting" goes wrong.

Yeah, somehow, some teams backed out, from what I heard so you have a team from Houston playing a team from Dallas in the middle of nowhere for a non district game:

Agreed, DaDa is the man. Now answer me this - how much money are the promoters losing on this game? Having to fly Carter down there and put the team up at hotel and feed them can't be cheap! I would imagine there having to do the same for Klein Forest. I can't imagine the attendance for this thing will be anywhere near enough to cover all those expenses:eek:

I don't know about Carter, but Klein Forest doesnt' travel well in Houston. Maybe the casual Valley fan will show, that's about it.

Last Fall I was on the Klein Forest side during the Forest and Oak game with all of maybe 300 to 400 Forest fans. A good majority of the fans were Band Parents, after the first half beat down by Oak the Band Parents and the mad football parents left.

I can't imagine that more than a couple hundred Klein Forest fans will make the trip to San Benito.
