From CNNSI.com

It will be a terrific NFL Draft unless there's some truth to what we read on ProFootballTalk.com's rumor mill about Texas quarterback Vince Young possibly having second thoughts. Young evidently hasn't hired an agent yet and, according to the report, NFL insiders "expect" Texas coach Mack Brown to try to convince Young to change his mind.

just saw that on a horn's group on Myspace

He might be reading too many NFL scouting reports, about not having enough experience as a pocket passer. He'll still be drafted in the top 5. According to 1 NFL scout (didn't catch his name or team affiliation) who said, "after a few hard hits in the NFL, he'll learn to be a pocket passer pretty darn quick." He also said, "with a few years of NFL experience and his athletic abilities, he could become an annual pro-bowl qb."

I would still love to see VY come back, but he is long gone... I'm kind of looking forward to see how Colt or Snead will play during the upcoming year...

Maybe he's finally realized that he's probably gonna be headed to either New Orleans (a flat out mess), Tennessee (Bud Adams betrayed VY's hometown and he may be spiteful at the thought of playing for Bud), Jets (name one person who wants to play for the Jets), or Green Bay (where VY will never play because Brett Favre is never gonna retire).

If Vy is available, he will be a Houston Texan in name, and residence.

Young has already talk to Bus Cook as his agent,or so I heard and I,m willing to say the Titans might be the one to pick him, which would be a good fit. Mcnair,s days are almost over. Vince can learn behind him, and the Titans will soon be getting their cap problems behind them, so they can get him help in a few years.

Thats probably where hes gonna end up, especially since McNair has been tutoring him. Still I can't bear to think of how Bud Adams and his band of traitors is probably gonna steal VY from Houston and Texas.

VY isn't coming back. He'll be a top five pick (top three in all likelihood), so it's a no brainer really.

Texas is going to run the same offense if he comes back so the "needs more experience as a dropback passer" stuff is stupid and uninformed.

The only comments anyone should put stock in as far as the NFL draft prospects go are those coaches make. Agents, scouts and many experts spew mostly BS in my opinion.

You wouldn't be talking about people Mel Kipper now would you. Because if you are you had better watchout, you know some people think he is almost god like. And you don't even dare doubt anything he says. I mean Ryan Leaf has proven time and time again that he is worlds better than Petyon Manning.

There was some "expert" on rivals, saying that Aggy was going to be 9-2 this year . All aggy were all excited and believed his hype. Look at their record lol they didn't even make a bowl. Some "expert" he was lol.

I wish I had a $1.00 for everytime some so called football "EXPERT" claimed something as a FACT about a "TEAM, players or ect" and then had it thrown in their expert face later.

I would be able to buy my dream house and ranch in the Hill Country now.:)
