Oh hell yeah dude.. facebook is sooo much better. It is very simple and all the chicks you meet live within like 10 minutes of you because you go to the same school. I love facebook.

yeah i dont have many friends on facebook, something like 27 from UNT and a total of 73. It just baffles me to see all these people that have like 450 friends, I'm like there is no way you have that many friends from one school. I actually met a girl through that, she was in the I heart Texas HS Football group, she loved country music, so I told her I messaged her that I would be at a Stoney LaRue concert here in Denton and what I would be wearing. We met, I bought her a beer and never heard from her again, of course I had been drinking since 3 that afternoon and probably said something so bogus that she just left. O well.

I've told myself that plenty of times, it's not the beer, its when I start adding the Liquor that gets me riled up. I have gotten in more trouble with Liquor in one night than I ever had with Beer over all the years I have been drinking.

Yeah, I know what you mean. A friend of mine I went to HS with would come over and chill on the lake... he would drink over 20 beers with no problem. He would be chilled and actually seem sober becuse he was just a pro drinker... but once he started downing shots... well, that was a whole diff. story.

Haha I actually can't stand beer, guess my taste buds haven't grown into it yet. But liqour, especially vodka I can't get enough of. I've never had a problem with liquor except at an after state party with a few old friends this year where I somehow got the bright idea to chug vodka. Apparently I did it twice but I only remember the first time lol, the next morning was definately not fun.

Same here. I have one weakness...fine Scotch Whisky (yes, that IS the proper spelling)...and then only one in particular...LAGAVULIN...:D

If you are a Scotch guy or gal and have never had it, get a bottle!!! It will set you back $75-$85 a bottle if available, but it is the greatest thing invented by man. And at that price you won't consume it all in an evening.:)

I know you guys love myspace but I have a little different perspective. This is a parents point of view so just sit back a take your lecture. I started to investigate my daughters myspace and discovered several things that alarmed me. First is the number of kids that post "incriminating" pictures.
Some of the pictures are very provocative and suggest....you know. There are a bunch of 13 to 17 year olds on there that not only lie about their age but they say stuff in the profile section about partying and drinking. This is a website that ANYONE has access to. Teachers, parents, college scouts all
can read what your up to. Be smart about how you portray yourself. It has all the makings of a fun sight but too many kids are out of line. Also, there are way too many nutcases lurking out in cyberspace just waiting for an easy victim. Just food for thought.
