I swear, there could not be more bulletin board material for a playoff game than the Seahawks are handing out to the Skins. Not only is there a 10 point spread (Seattle couldn't help it) but now their idiot kicker is talking smack.

I really do not see where anyone could imagine that the skins can beat the hawks at home! The seahawks offense is at least 3 times better than the Bucs offense! The only reason the skins are still standing is because the Bucs offense went south, and the Bucs giving the ball to them, reliving christmas err holidays giving spirit! That was one ugly win by the skins. The only way the seahawks lose is if they come out flat like the Giants did vs the panthers. And I dont see that happening to the 2nd best team in the NFL this year, and tops in the NFC!But...I guess if I were a redskins fan,i could still dream!

Seattle's defense isn't what Tampa's was. And besides, when you get up 17-0, you just sit back and play a ball control offense and let your defense wins it......defense wins championships.....and don't forget about this man. (http://media.scout.com/Media/Image/18/185235.jpg)

Every team left has a good enough defense to win it all.Washington does`nt have the market on the only team with a good defense.Seattles defense is`nt as good as tampa,But there offense is a whole lot better than tampa`s.Theres been 2 very young qb`s(Simms,Manning) in the play offs this year, and both have melted down, especially down the stretch. One is left with Chicago.Washington gets one of the best this week, and the best rb,and maybe offensive line in the league. We`ll see how there championship caliber "D" really is.Dont forget that lovely jet lag, where they`ll lose 3 hours also.........

I'm not a Redskins fan, but even I can see they have a tough team. Look who they beat this year:

Dallas 9-7
Dallas 9-7
Carolina 11-5
NYG 11-5
Seattle 13-3
Chicago 11-5
Tampa Bay 11-5

They went 10-2 against the NFC and 0-4 against the AFC West. They can beat anybody in the NFC and have now beaten all of the other top 7 teams in the NFC.

They don't lose 3 hours. They gain 3 hours.

Seattle should win this game somewhat handily - 21-10 or 28-17, something like that. Let's face it - most teams don't win 17-10 with 40 yards passing and 120 total yards - or whatever Wash. had. Hats off to the Skins for getting this far- but I think their season ends quite soon in the rain in Seattle.

It has nothing to do with gaining or losing hours,it`s a lose on your body clock,loss-fatigue you dont gain strength:p .And those hurts really get effected with cabin pressure, like portis and his injury, brunell and his ailing knee.;) Seattle has had 2 weeks of home cooking, and sleep, and mending.Seattle also has revenge factor working ,like they needed any more focus.:D And Seattle has their #1 wr back in Darrell Jackson. I know anything can happen in the NFL, If any coach could pull it off, it would be Tony Stewarts boss!

It's only 3 hours...not like they are flying to Australia and playing. Seahawks have had 2 week they could come out great or come out flat. Either way I don't think it will be a blowout I'll pick the skins in the upset though.

Washington didn't beat Carolina. But Washington had one of the toughest schedules in the league.....and Seattle had the easiest. They only beat two winning teams (NY and Dal)....and they lucked out on both - Bledsoe doing his thing (screwing up) and Feely missing something like 4 field goals. Now, they did beat Indianapolis' second team ( not sure if that counts or not) but c'mon...look at their schedule (http://www.seahawks.com/schedule.aspx?SecID=41)!

*chuckles* and it would've been a shut out if it weren't for our idiot kick returner......he was cut immediately after the game....but brought back to revive our thin recieving corps

there is no way that the skins can beat the seahawks at home. they barely got away with a win last week vs the bucs.
