I was really impressed with these guys at 7 on 7 this weekend. That quarterback (JW Walsh) is something special. Very good skill athletes.

Guyer is the gonna be VERY good this year, but will drop off big time after that.

Walsh is a junior this season. They'll have another good year after this upcoming one IMO.

And Fav...I don't quite understand what the 1 yard line is about?

Longview beat Denton Guyer last season because of
1) 278 passing yards and 4 passing touchdowns (3 of them being 50 or more yards)
2) Guyer's defense unable to stop our offense only twice all game.
and 3) Aaron Johnson's unreal scrambling ability.

Guyer will be a very good team this season. A top 5 ranked team for sure. Like Denison they have alot of skill returning, but need to get all they can out of this season. After this season, there will be a drop off. Or recipe for one at least....as we all know, teams can suprise us (good and bad).

Actually, yeah, I guess I was. Sorry - those 4a games become a blur all too quickly. :D
