KT 2000 will be on the ESPN Bud Hot Seat tomorrow.....:eek:

Well, ok, KT will be on ESPN 1260, Lufkin, with host Big Nasty, aka Gary Ivins, discussing all things Texas HS football - including some prediction about the Woodz beating LP at Abe. :eek:

Should be good - tune in if you can. I will be traveling, but I'm told the interview will be re-aired Monday.

Heck - we might even get an mp3 of it somehow.

Any truth to the rumor that KT2000 was "out-voted" on the projected Dist. 14-5a champ? chill, champ....anybody?

Why can't we get a section for radio interviews? Hell... why isn't there a weekly 5atexasfootball radio show? All you need is a microphone, a computer, and a program to edit. Anyway to listen to this on the computer?

Unfortunately, I don't think so - wondering if we can get an mp3 of it somehow.

And, yeah, a weekly webinar would be incredibly cool.

Patience my friend. We've been wanting to do a weekly radio show, but haven't had the time to work out the details because we've had a ton of things going on behind the scenes this offseason (Major Announcement #1 and #2, soon to be revealed). It's something we will likely try at some point. It just depends how things go this summer.

I told KT he can throw me under the bus about that one, but he won't do it.

I can be the one to blame for a lot of things around here. KT is the radio talent of the group, so he's usually caught having to explain things champ and I do. :)

Same thing happened last season when I picked Cy Ridge of Lufkin the week of the game. KT had to go on and explain that one :) Luckily for us, that prediction ended up working out.

OK, this should be a good listen. The Woodz team of 2008 was suppose to be THE team to go for the gold, so now the discussion may imply how THW might beat a much improved Lufkin squad at Abe? Well, I guess you can say anything before the season begins and Katy will win the Div. II crown again.:notworthy I looked at those Region III playoff prediction brackets, boy they do look tough. :D Now that the UIL has moved the Cy Fair schools to Region II with the Conroe, THW and Klein schools, who is left to challenge the Katy ISD teams? Houston Chavez? LaPorte? Both well known Div II football powers in the Houston area.;)

All in fun as the season approaches and good poster material for the Pack. Just giving KT and all a hard time because they absolutely do a great job with the 5A site, even though it's hard to get that Tiger out of their blood they have always shown great impartiality in making their selections each year.

KT2000 on ESPN1260 earlier today - probably a last second fill in if Dez Bryant was unavailable....:D

Seriously, KT did a great job as always - and I missed the first couple of minutes but I don't even think anyone got hot and bothered that the Woodz was predicted to take 14-5a again...... wonder why..... :rolleyes:

Glad you were able to tune in. We might chat a little more often this season.

Gary brought me into the show guns blazing a couple weeks back when we did a state preview (Hells Bells into Panther fight song). :D
