The University of Texas doesnt retire jerseys often....i think they have like 4 jerseys retired in all sports combined. But after what happened last night vince leading texas back to the promise land, do they retire his jersey?
Personally i think they have to when he leaves Texas will probably never see something like him for a very, very, very long time. Hes one of those special players that changes the game. Micheal Vick, Charlie Ward, Randall Cunningham set the standards for a scrambiling QB and vince shattered them last night.
RETIRE #10 when he leaves.

I'd agree with that. Young should join Nobis & Co. when he decides to leave.
He came to Texas a Houston legend and will leave Austin a National legend.

I kept telling myself, just get one stop and the offense will take care of the rest. The problem is, we didn't show we could stop them at all in the second half until that 4th and 2 stop. I was frustrated, but they gave Vince an opportunity and that's all he needs.

Vince, Earl, Ricky---I love CAMPBELL the most. If Vince can handle his up coming career in the fashion of the Tyler Rose and not Jamaican Canibus; He will surley be remember as the greatest Longhorn.

My thoughts exactly! Even said it to someone who had never seen VY play. He said it was over when UT was down 12.
