Watching Sv all year and seeing there outstanding players. I am already looking forward to next years season. No offence to the O but i like the D side of the ball so i would like to see what other people think about these players for next years SV defence?
Matt Phister-D line, 6',185lbs. Played D end all year had a great season and was the only starting junior for the ranger D. Showed great talent and great skills.
Tyler Hazel-LB,5'10'',185, Backing up he did very well when he would step in. He showed alot of talent in the Plugerville game, he will be one of the leaders next season.
Blaine Saatoff-LB,6'0',175, Also backing up showed lots of talent and a great nose for the ball. Showed lots of skill in both the San Marcos game and the Madison playoff game. also another good leader.
These players have shown great talents on and off the field. Would like to see if anyone else had anything on these great athletes??? If there is anyone i left on please post and compare.

ive herd alot of stuff frm the sophmores and juniors.and ive herd
de-phister
dt-tommy parsons-huge,im not sure i believe this, tottally the opposite of the small quick d-lineman Sv usually goes 4.
dt-jeremy dougas
de-frank harding
SLb-Zach Russel-absolute stud from the Jv squad
Mlb-blane sattolf
Wlb-tyler hazel,good backup last year,learned alot from kovar,will be a leader on this d
CB-dominic hamilton-played quartback alot last year,howver practiced
at corner alot, could be a real playmaker at ether position
cb-marc soto.
safetys-no clue
i dont know about next years D its going to be tuff to tell. If russel doesnt end up at MLB then its not going to be a good site. sattolf did alright but he wont be able to lead the D like they need him to. but we will see what happenes. and parsons is big but dont let that fool you hes fast to for his size. if any of yall remember E.J Clark then you will see that parsons has some of the same traits as E.J. (I hope)

Man o man i cant believe yall havent focused any attention to O...but thats ok they'll just keep gettign the job done without any recognition....but since this is a defensive post ill tell you i think hazel is gonna step up and be a good leader...and pfister's gonna lead with his raw talent.... if parsons comes around to being a good DT than hell be a big time leader...other than that there wont be much "leading" i think theyre still gonna be good though

I heard that Smithson Valley is in some trouble with lack of experience next year and that they are playing the Woodlands first game next year and gonna lose

Going to lose? this is just a thread about sv's D. I dont even want to talk about the offense just because it is going to be that good next year and im going to let them prove it all on there own. do you really think that just because the woodlands has kids returning that they are going to be that great. The woodlands will come up short in this one sorry guy.
