so what is the resaon for the post ?? -- everything in the article ios pretty much true --- but nothing new --- I knew of Cut'N'Shoot before I moved to South Montgomery County 36 years ago

I would never believe there are 1500 people there. When traveling through, it seems as if you blink, you will miss it.

Also, when I was in the military, all the oil drums had "Cut-n-shoot, Tx" on them.

Caney Creek High ( Conroe ISD 4A ) is made up mainly of Cut N Shoot & Grangerland kids

Also just east of Cut N Shoot is a little settlement named Security --- man talk about a misnomer. I happened to be in Cleveland once LONG , LONG ago -- since it was dry at the time I asked nearset place to get a beer -- was told there was a little bar in Security --man -- ever here about staying out of bars that had no back door , holes in the wall , & sawdust on the floor ???? -- that bar in Security made those places look real SECURE -- scary -- drank only about 1/2 my beer and left when the bikers showed up

I can't recall but is Midway further East than Security? I actually had a house on 5 acres up the road from the Midway intersection on 105 but our mail box was at the post office in Cut n' Shoot.

Cornrow (5A) is scary enough much less a 4A school from Cut N Shoot and Grangerland. This area needs to be zoned in with The Woodlands for segregation. ...and I'm not talking about white & black.

Too bad it doesn't have its own HS. I would love to see a game between Cut n Shoot and Gun Barrel City. Who would bring a knife to a gunfight? lol.

Security is further east than Midway. Security is almost a suburb of greater Cleveland metro ( LOL )
