After seeing that garbage Top 10 game list that had USC and Notre Dame at #1 to push their BCS games, I hope both teams lose by 40 points. I don't think either lose that bad, but I do think they lose to Texas and Ohio State.

I guess you're the type of traitorous scum that would have spit on Davey Crockett's dead body at the Alamo too.
Texans who don't support Texans are Yankee scum wannabes and have no business living here.:D
This has been a piblice service message of the "Love Texas or Leave It" foundation. No salesmen will call. But if a guy shows up with a posse and a shotgun.......oh well.:D

That kinda goes along with what I told him yesterday. He's from Virginia and I don't care if he likes Va Tech, but I think it's a joke he CHOOSES to stay in Texas, but hate the Texas teams. When I was in SA, I wouldn't even live in Schertz because I'm a Judson fan.

I'm a Yankee...perhaps. Most of all not a UT fan. I like Texas, the state that is, and nope don't think I will leave just yet:p Yea I'd spit on Davey Crocket and perhaps Sam Houston as well. I am partial to Capt John Smith you know one of those original english settlers, Jamestown 1607:p
ACC 5-2 Big XII 4-3 :D

How stupid do you sound Lonny...I chose to live in Texas and work here and pay taxes here...What does that have to do with liking a team here. I am sure I am not the only person in this great state that does not like UT or that does not root for the Big XII. One thing has nothing to do with the other.

So you're taking a job from a REAL TEXAN. Just hop on the "Yankee, take yo' sorry a$$ home highway", better known as I-30 East? Surely you would feel better hob-knobing with other mislead and disturbed nothern related individuals. Texas has so much special about it that you don't deserve to experience.
If you move here, freakin' move here and embrace ALL that is Texas, as natural born Texans do. If not, go back north and help the others stink that place up.
Portis' mom couldn't even sit in the stands yesterday in Philly without getting stuff thrown on her, just for being Portis' mom. Yep, you Yanks are a classy bunch and we can, unfortunately, get the unpleasant odor of ya'll stinking our fine state up too.

I didn't even say you needed to like a team here. I just wanted you to not openly gloat and root against the local teams. I don't know if you care about how others feel about you, but that doesn't endear you to us. We're a proud bunch in Texas and to a certain extent we feel like if you hate our teams, you hate us, and we're going to frown upon somebody who wants to make money here, but not be a part of us. I don't know about you, but I always form bonds where I live. You like Cove and have become a part of the community. I don't know why you live in this great state, but can't take a little pleasure in a Big 12 team playing well. It's not like the Big 12 is always playing the ACC.
Hey, I can understand you not liking UT, but what's wrong with the other 11 teams or other Texas teams doing well? I started rooting for the Delaware Blue Hens when I lived in Dover and Del State was my favorite team in the MEAC. I like Alaska-Anchorage and still see how their hockey team does. It's called integrating yourself.

So let me get this straight....you all tease and degrade A&M for rooting for there "brothers" in Austin. But after that you still expect them to root for you all?....interesting.

Lets see...I said the ACC will do better in the Bowls than the Big XII and they have...I said UT will lose to USC and they will...I said the ACC is better than the Big 1+11 and they are ACC 3-1 against the Big XII ACC 5-2 in Bowls and Big 12 4-3. I said Va Tech would win ACC...I was wrong...can't win them all:rolleyes: So my friend outside those arguments what have I said and not taken credit for???? These things have been my argument all year...has not changed so why would it be new to anyone now???

When they got here? I was actually born here. But yes, my parents moved into Texas. Just like I'm sure most of you all did. But like I said, there are certain thigns i like in Texas....certain things I don't. And yes, I do root for Texas teams....Spurs, Aggies....and on occasion the Texans, don't ask. But I do root for out of state teams - Redskins, Yankees, Hokies. I just don't like the whorns, cowpukes, mavericks and rockets and whatever baseball teams they have...maybe with the exception of the Astros, I found myself rooting for them every now and then.
But hey, good luck to Dallas in the playoffs! Oh...wait...nevermind:D

I'm technically not a full blown fan either way. I just like seeing them win. It doesn't bother me if they win or lose. My true baseball team would be the Yankees. But the Astros and Texans are just that team I wanna see do well. Now, if they played one of my teams I hope they get their brains beat out.
