After last years heartbreaking loss to SV the Dragons look to be on the right track to reloading their team. Offensively the Dragons return a number of key people and are stacked at the running back position. A transfer from San Antonio Highlands looks to be poised to take the starting job from Tre Johnson. At the spring game Clifford Carter was a BEAST at running back. He looked to be even better than Stephen Salinas. With the addition of new plays the Dragon's are expanding their offense so as not to be onesided anymore. Defensively they will have to step up and bring alot of guys along before their district games. I really wasn't to optimistic last year about the 2009 season but it looks like this team is poised enough to be as good if not better suited to carry to the third round if not at least the fourth. Their test if you can call it that will be Laredo United in Laredo. Historically the Dragon's have not faired well on the road against the Longhorns. What do you guy's think?:)
