This is driving me nuts.

What's up with this asshat Mark May on ESPN...errrr...USCPN.

Can this guy say 2 sentences without mentioning Reggie Bush?
Good Lord......give it a rest bro.
My theory is that Mark May is Reggie Bush's illegitimate father...but there is a huge hole in that theory......because one has to believe that Mark May actually got laid at some point in his life in order for the theory to be possible.

My first beef is this........He can't even say his name correctly...listen to him...he says "Rezzshie Boozsh" Is it really that hard to pronounce your own son's name dog??

Then tonight he says......and I quote...(in his serious let me look straight at the camera and put a little bass in my voice so you'll know I mean what I am saying tone) "I was a lineman in the NFL for a long time...I blocked for a hall of famer in John Riggins...and I blocked for Joe Washington in college...so I know a premiere running back when I see one...Rezzshie Boozsh is going to be better than anyone who has ever played in this league"

OH MY LORD!!!!!!!!!! You fat arrogant (bleep) shut the hell up!!!

So you blocked for John Riggins....so the (bleep) what????
So now you are an expert on the potential of every running back that comes into the league??? And not only an expert.....A (BLEEP)'N psychic no less......
Hey Mark....The '85 Bears called...they say they will see your John Riggins and raise you a Walter Payton....Larry Allen upped the ante...and threw in Emmitt for the hell of it...

What a jackass.......John Riggins.....shut the hell up dude. How much blocking did your fat *** really have to do for John Riggins?????

I work with a huge USC fan over here and just asked him what he thought about Mark May's comments. His quote was, "I don't know about that." He's not ready to bestow Rickey Henderson, "I'm the Greatest of All-Time" status on Bush.

Actually this theory is almost correct. about 21 years ago May realized that your profession should be what you really like to do and since he was doing it all day anyway he decided to make a little cash. For the next two years May made significant deposits to the local sperm bank. Reggie Bush as well as half of the 2005 USC team are the result of Mark May and his excellent seed.

except lou holtz. despite being the old tard he is he's the only one who's halfway acknowledged that Texas has a shot at winning this game.

i never saw it, but is it really true that May actually TRIED to compare Young and Leinart in rushing?

He's not nearly as good running the ball. An idiot would say that. I bet Leinart's carries are inside the 5, too.

hmm there's a difference between sneaking in from 1 yard out, and busting through the middle for a 30 yd td run

but may's head is too far up reggie bush's @$$ to see that

I'm quoting here...wide, make sure you don't have any projectile objects in your hands or within reach when you read this:

I am A TCU fan but Texas bred and born for many many years. It would normally be my pleasure to see any Texas team win . But it's this kind of arrogance that turns the WORLD against UT, and that makes Me wait with enthuism for Jan 4th.

I have to admit, your right about this Diablo. There is a huge arrogance toward UT football. But it also occurs in other states. For example; I have relatives in Cal. who think their teams are better than anyone in the country, and they also think they are better than Texas, and I'm not just talking about football either. If you were in Southern Cal. right now, their arrogance would overwelm you into rooting for Texas in the Championship game.

I understand the fact people talk up USC and like their chances. The teams from the previous two seasons earned that for them. However, for them to talk as if Texas has no chance is just stupid in my opinion so that's why I'm taking that kind of attitude.

I respect USC as a program, but I'd like nothing more than to see the Horns win the championship just to see all of the experts eat their words.

In many facets of the actual game, Texas has played better football than USC this year just as the Trojans have done some things better than the Horns. I haven't heard any real game analysis in the last month other than people talking about Matt Leinart, Reggie Bush and Vincent Young.

None of these people seem to realize that football is a TEAM game, but I guess that shouldn't surprise me. They work in the media to sell papers/TV air time, and today's media environment seems to be based around who can scream the loudest. That's a big reason why I hardly watch ESPN any more if no game is being played. I used to watch Sportscenter every morning. It's unwatchable for me now.

I've had it with the hype circus surrounding this game, and can't wait until that ball is put down so it is settled between those lines where it is supposed to be.

I get tired of what gets said on ESPN, too. I'd rather listen to the guys on the message boards than the knuckleheads making big bucks that are trying to sell you their agenda. I bet some of them say what their bosses want them to say. It's just like me talking about Vanilla Ice being a product of what his people made him and how he hated it. TV has become just like politics.

Better look at that poll again. EVERYONE outside the great state of TEXAS thinks USC wins.

Before ESPiN started doing their "History in the Making" garbage, 67% of the country said Texas will win the Rose Bowl. The only states voting for USC were California, Arizona, Oregon, Hawaii and Idaho I believe. I saved the link, but that poll is no longer up.

Even after the USC lovefest of the past few weeks, only 54% of the nation thinks USC will win.
