Probably not,but should it to avoid situations like this year where you have Texans fans praying for a loss. Maybe with only the bottom 6 teams with the worst team getting 6 ping pong balls, 2nd worst 5 and so on.

I voted yes so we can talk about the NFL freezing envelopes and placing players in certain cities like we do for the NBA. Oh, I forgot the NFL markets the league and not players. They don't have to push certain teams and make others lose.

That might explain Ewing going to NY but how do you
explain Shaq to Orlando and James to Cleveland?

Easy...Orlando was a relatively new team at that time...and needed attention drawn to it....Shaq brought the attention to the NBA's new(er) team.

And LeBron to Cleveland......hello?........He's an Ohio native...no-brainer...He goes to the Cavs and ticket sales in Ohio go through the roof...not to mention every 10yr old from Akron to Youngstown would beg Mama and Daddy to buy them a LeBron jersey...
