TV Shack (http://tvshack.net/)

Has full TV episodes and movies for free, no download necessary. Has every movie I've ever decided to pull up and watch on an impulse.

Only downside is if your PC sucks it might take awhile to load/buffer the movies.

well if ur talking about torrenting, probably safest way to download anything. Most sites with torrents have user feed back so you can tell if ur getting what you want vs some wannabe hacker putting a trojan up. That and torrent the torrent app doesn't add spyware like lime wire kazaa and others did.
