Pville has a scrimmage today (informal), starts 4:30 or 4:45. Spring game should be next Thursday.

In other Pville news, my son said the team was informed yesterday that Coach Zernow, our defensive coordinator, is leaving to be head coach at the new Vandergriff HS in Leander. Going with him is Chad Aldrich, who was an assistant FB and assistant boys' soccer coach; he will be head boys' soccer coach and an assistant FB coach.

We scrimmage at the end of every practice. i heard the pure scrimmage we were going to have on saturday was put off.

Hmmm, well, I don't know -- I'm relying on the 16-year-old reporting. :p I see Drew Sanders' name listed as athletics coordinator, but of course he could also be head coach too. If I get clarification, I'll post again.

Announced today that Pville will continue spring practice next week as well (the week of Memorial Day) so we assume that the spring game will not be this Thursday, but next Thursday (May 28). I'll get a confirmation on that tomorrow.

Yes, just had a coach confirm that spring practice will continue next Tuesday and Wednesday, with the spring game Thursday (5/28) at 5:30.
