Drive for six doesn't roll off the tongue as well, so we didn't make one
the booster club usually puts out a highlight tape several weeks after the fact. how in the world could your guys have already done it? i'm impressed with the promptness. last year we had 3 different ones. i still liked the 02 one best. the music with it evokes lots of great memories.

Well, the guy comes on here to show off his hard work, and a good piece of work it is... So the first post is a little dig from a Dragon...

No "good job" or "nice work" or even "hey that's cool, here's what ours looks like, what do you think of it?" No compliment at all... Just a little jab...

So if you look up the definition of insult, the first response could fit very well into that definition...

Then your comment about the drive for six... Same thing...

So I ask you, where is your video to compare to his and then why do you feel you have to make all of the topics about SLC?

I have to agree with 02 being the best. I lost my tape of it though. Do you know if it is possible to get another one.

This is just the intro, not the entire video. Westland's been working on it all season, I think.

Very cool video. I bet the final version will be really great. I wish we had one when I was in HS. Of course, there would not have been as many "highlights":o . It will be a great keepsake for the kids who are featured.

I suggest you go onto the Katy Tigers Athletic Boosters website message board. There is plenty of disrespect there of Southlake Carroll. In fact I have read a few posts here from Katy kids disrespecting Southlake. Katy fans are trying to be 'holier than thou', trying to portray themselves as the perfect fans; who respect everyone, trying to claim that Katy fans and Katy teams do nothing wrong and everything right. Give me break. Katy fans are just as capable of jumping into the sewer like everyone else and don’t try to kid us other wise. The drive for five will have to wait for another year, while Southlake will be ‘in heaven with number seven’ - see we can create a rhyme as well.

That's a very nice piece of work for you Tiger Fans. I'll give it it four Dragon Paws:) Besides being a Dragon Backer, I'm also a Big Iowa Hawkeye Backer and there is a Hawk Fan who goes by the handle of Scothawk(He is originally from Scotland)and he has put together a collection of similiar clips for the Hawks. Dragon fans, he has the Chandler brothers in many of them. Here's a link to his web site:

You are right. I have just heard that the UIL are taking away the SLC 2005 State Championship and giving it to Katy, because of posts made on this website. It's official. SLC's record is now 62-2. Once again Katy has done it. The drive for five has happened. That's all you want read or hear, so now you have it.

It seems to me if there's anything that's not 100% pro SLC, some (not all) posters on this board take exception to it and start to run it down...

Well then it's not an easy job, considering how much you guys scored this year...

Hey, really, your team played a great game...

I've watched the video several times and your offensive and defensive lines were very impressive... If they gave your QB much more time he could have ordered a pizza... Some really great catches also... A lot of mistakes on our part and your guys took us to task... All in all it was a fun experience from a fans perspective...

For what it's worth, try not to be so critical of everyone else or put in those little jabs a others... It only takes away from the great things your team has accomplished... Or not...
