On fridays or saturdays after work I go to the local barber shop to get a haircut and talk with the football heads about the game that night. Then we have a nice BBQ place we go to before we leave to the game.

Stop at Sonic for a meal on the way to the game. #1 burger meal, fries and limeaid (Sonic Sized of course). The only game last year I did not do this, including the playoff games, was the Waco game and we lost. Of course we also lost to Allen but that was a great game.

Eating at Bar B Cuties before home games then getting to the gate early to get the top row seat in the south endzone as to not get the smell from the porta potties. Hopefully this year I will be able to get season tickets.

That sonic is always so crowded though. I like the way that STP walked through the tunnel last year with hells bells and those tiger growls over the speakers, it actually was pretty cool.

When I was a kid........my buddies and I would case out the stadium, walking around usually to the concession stand near the back right corner.........and then gliding ever so quietly, climb the chain link fence without making a sound. One after the other, followed by giving each other fives.......and find seats for the game.

Is that what they call a "Riley" at SLC?
Not a bad idea? I have not named it although my wife to be has a special name for it..... actually she is latching on pretty well, she realized early on if she has any hope of spending time with me on Fridays that she needs to get on board.
Now they have a green G-2 so I will give that a whirl for this upcoming season.
There is a whole process usually the grey goose is consumed straight as I have a real issue with mixing with really good vodka. Then that is chased with Rolling Rock and the G2 is used to properly hydrate so I do not get too jacked up. Panther has witnessed the ritual as well as DragonBKR.

Absolutely, without a doubt, the Haka. Watching those kids do that is the funniest thing I think I've ever seen in my life. If you ever get the opportunity to see it close up, like on t.v., check out how they widen and buldge out their eyes. Too funny.

Maybe you shouldnt be so sensitive then. I think the timing of when it happens shouldnt be allowed. They should have to do it earlier then delay the game like they do.

Finally saw the HAKA take place in person, that really got the crowd going. Not sure what school it was,(Astrodome, playoffs) but the busses pulled up to that big ramp, and the band immediatly started their marching drumline beat from the busses to their places in the stands or field. Awesome..

That's weird. At Katy, every Saturday game Katy meet at the school around 7. Then we all go to Luby's and eat a chicken fried steak and eggs. Then we would walk around the movie theater and head back to the school to watch a inspirational movie.

Somehow I don't remember weather getting in the way of practice or a pre-game ritual.
I would have considered it a sigh of the apocolypse if Coach Joseph had ever said its too hot or cold to practice.
