What are the odds of Chad Rogers from Snyder Getting the job?

James Morton from Lubbock Monterey already got the job. Rogers could be a candidate for the Monterey job though.

So what is the deal with Rogers...I have heard he is a great coach and a great guy...Why is he wasting away in Snyder? Could he have had the Mineral Wells job? Why is he still in 3A?

I think he has been trying to move up. He was a finalist for the Jacksonville job last year before he withdrew his name. Some 4A or 5A school is going to get a good coach down the road.

All things considered, Snyder is the better job.
