the all area, city, district, state, teams are largely voted on by people who have watched little football - other than coaches, and, at least in our area, coaches seemed inclined to "make statements" as much as anything, or make votes based on jealousy or poor attitudes from getting beat like a dog for 1, 3 or 10 or more years.
