A&M takes 2 of 3 from OSU to take sole possession of 1st place. Kansas State breaks out the brooms against Baylor. OU sweeps the Bears.
Still some important series to play yet. A lot of good Big XII teams knocking each other off.

KSU sucks except when playing Texas.

To be fair, the Bat Cats did not sweep Texas.... regardless, if you would have told me that Texas would finish conference with a 0-5-1 record against schools from the state of Kansas, I would have laughed.
The Big 12 is loaded this year... these are not mediocre teams by any means. Look for seven to eight schools to get NCAA bids.

What happened with the Texas-KSU game? Did they all just give up after 10? ;)

I was wondering about that. Is there a Big 12 Conference rule about extra innings? They just played 10 innings and called it a 7-7 tie?

A&M has series left with UT and OU. The conference race is still wide open.
I am pulling for the Bears to demoralize UT.....

The Big 12 has a curfew/ get out of town rule on Sundays... run-rules become a factor after seven innings, for example. On Sunday, Kansas State had to be out of the Disch by 4:45 to ensure that they would make their flight back to the little apple. With the 10th inning starting less than 10 minutes prior to the curfew, there was no time to play any more innings. The same thing happened to OU a few weeks ago in an eight inning game
