Is there an MNF game tonight? If so, who's playing, and what's the score?

exactly, im in favor of having the whole where the prime time spot games pick the game they want..or at least have 2 MNF games and the games on sunday can just be switched around

well guys Monday Night Football as you know it will be coming to an end pretty soon. After this season it is moving to ESPN. It will then turn into the biggest circus event ever and will be ruined just like everything else ESPN has touched in the last few years

espn can either like you said, just RUIN it or can do something great with it, chances are they'll ruin it..

Disney owns ABC which owns ESPN..

I heard, CBS or FOX was granted a weekly Thursday night game for next season. Maybe it was NBC, I don't remember. One of the major networks though.

i thought this year was the year they were gonna do that flex TV schedule where they put the best matchups in prime time?

im not real sure of this whole contract deal..

i think they can do that primetime thing, only on sunday though..im not sure about monday..

Fox, NBC, CBS, ESPN..are owned by 4 diffrent companies correct? thatd make it harder to get the primetime game in on the primetime slot (MNF and Sunday Night Football)

Apparently not. I noticed more times that not, whoever played on Monday night, also played on the following Sunday night. Leads me to believe ABC and ESPN maybe sharing video equipment or something. Keeping travel cost down.

Not to change the subject D08, I just notice you have 7570 posts since June 05. You must live here. You need to start a poll between you, lonny23, and wide-e-wide to see who gets to 12,000 first. Looks like lonny's goin to make it to 10,000 first.

If I remember the contract it called for a Thursday night game on the NFL network. It was a long time since I saw it, but I don't get the NFL network and if that is true, I may look into it. If anyone already gets it, could you please tell me if it is worth it even without the weekly Thursday game.

That's only for the Sunday afternoon/late afternoon games. For example, the Skins-Cowgirls game was moved to primetime so the whole nation could see....domination

i have the NFL Network, its defintaly worth it, in the offseason, they show highlights of great games from each week, plus they do Training Camp with diffrent teams and stuff, itsp retty neat..

we have directtv, and got the "sports package" which is like all the fox sports nets, espns, all that good stuff..ESPN U is pretty good as well, id look into getting that..

Don't sell yourself short D08, you have 7,500 in 6 months. You are on a pace to do 15,000 in a year. Of course you won't have football season to help you.
