Most coveted coach 3A and under

My personal favorite coach in the smaller schools is Jerry Vance. But I am not sure the offers come his way because of his offense and his age. So I was wondering what coach out there do the big schools want the most? Traylor at Gilmer comes to mind but seems content. Scott Surratt would probably be my pick with what he did at Carthage this year and Texarkana.

Hugh Sandifer at Wylie (Abilene) I know has had some offers from big schools from his success at Wyile. He seems pretty content where he is though, head honcho and the area is growing and will probably be 4A in the not to distant future.

And at one time Coach Sandifer coached the boys basketball team as well as the football team.
