I was just curious how many of the players for SLC went to elementary school, Jr. high together. I do understand a few have moved in. ( No recruiting jokes here) They just seem to play like they have know each other since birth. Just curious how many players were born and raised Dragons, as opposed to transplanted.

The population of Carroll has boomed over the past couple of years and therefore most of the kids have probably moved in between the 7th -12th grades

Greg and most of the O-line were either rivals (in the two middle schools)... or team mates in middle school... The wides, half born half transplanted... The Linebackers, benoist and reece were rivals in middle and then played together in HS...

I mean if you wanna go back to the seeds of Dragon football... Greg played Peewee (with me might i add) ... and i think we might have had a couple of the players from the V team this year there with us

Not that anyone cares, but I am a born and raised Dragon (K-12). We have quite a few in band! They do group pics of the kids who attended K-12 for each Elementary School at the end of the year.

i can't give you an exact number, but i am sure that at least 16 of the 22 starters have been here since the 7th grade. i only think 2-3 have come since the 9th.
