it's cuz i had a couple hours to make a 5 page interactive website and upload it on a server, and for some unholy reason my HTML decided to read the CSS is some funky-*** way. so i pretty much redid it piece by piece.
i was trying to figure out why my footer was coming out right underneath my nav. bar but was hiding behind my text box and image. turns out i had it saved as an <a href> instead of a background image in my CSS.
go figure.
