corbin smiter may grow into a sunday player once he has a couple of years of deciding he wants to play ball. he may have been our best athlete, and finished high(second i think) in the state-wide sparq testing last summer. his upside is sick.

agreed, he can make 50 yards+ field goals, and once in a while from 60+ in practice. Yet he still doesn't get that much attention outside of plano.

Not to say that he isnt good, but as a generall rule of thumb... kikers never get that much attention... unless of course they miss a big one

Not many people talk about him much, but Mandella Roberts from Lufkin was, and should have been the player of the year for them. Just about every play on defense, he was involved in. He was #1 in my book. But The Ivy kid from Longview was good as well and will play somewhere next year for a good team hopefully

Im gonna have to go with Alex Lott #20 for plano. At only 5'9 he was playing just as good as any of the southlake wr's. In the desoto game on 3rd and 21 he out jumped two defenders who were taller than him saving the season on a 30 yard play. In the sgp he had two touchdowns which he burned the secondary deep and then out jumped two defenders who were taller than him catching the ball one handed on the side of his helmet. He was the only one to score on southlake in the first half out of all the southlake playoff games. He broke every single wr record or w/e records they kept at plano. Anyone see him?
