Combine the Power I and the Spread formations.

The QB is under center with a FB and TB line up behind him.

The Split and the Flanker are in their usual places. But the Slot guy is more of a LB/TE type guy. Basically he's a beast. He's a big strong guy. He is a punishing blocker on the crack back blocks and can catch the ball as well as run after the catch. This position is called "the beast."

Florida is having great success with this right now. I wouldn't be surprised to see this type of scheme creep into the high school level as well.
