It was a text message asking for people not go to to any walmarts for the next 2 days. apparently some mexican cartels are recruiting local gangs and the initiation includes shootings at some walmarts, to kill 3 men and 3 women. it might be a joke, it might not be. but it came out in the news that this was a nationwide thing, going as far as florida.

they could just decide to delay it for later...stuff like that happens around here, its amazing how well its "hidden" as it never really gets on the news. Scary stuff

Yeah, but then you would need a snopes for snopes' snopes. And a snopes for snopes' snopes' snopes. And a snopes for.......:rolleyes:

The good thing about that website is that down at the bottom you can read what sources they use and make your own judgement on snopes' credibility. Usually, it's quite good.

Their agenda is to try and find out if the stuff that spreads around the internets is real. That's it.Take a look at the site, most of it is stuff that is not remotely politically related.......They have debunked stuff that went around about George W., about conservatives, etc....

I believe there is another website like Snopes that I think is called TruthorFiction.?

They said the rumor about airplanes dusting the skies with a chemical that makes every one into zombies that follow the government like mindless sheep was false.

Thank goodness for that website. I needed for them to tell me it was false. :rolleyes:

this is about a week old, but are you people really scared of gang members?? 98% of them are fictional thugs. when the lights come up and the game is on, lots of butterflies form in their precious little tummies;) give me a break.....especially here in west texas........
