Not that many 14-5a fans....so that may be a problem.
Most people on here are either SLC, Katy, NS, Lufkin, or Plano fans....
every one else is just scattered....With this being the off-season, don't expect much

Dude...You are the Klein fans...
And the Woodland posters are only here during the season...most of them vanish after they lose in the playoffs

I am definitely a woodlands fan staying around. Alright I know TWHS have the monster Chad Lindsay and Adam Sibal coming back. Haha thats about all I know. Conroe? Lufkin? Oakridge? CP? O wait aren't the districts being realigned right now correct me if I am wrong.

With Chad Lindsay thats all you gotta say!! What a beast!! In my opinion, one of the top 3 OL in TX in 2009. The other two come from Allen.:notworthy

Eli Dickerson OL for College Park was 1st team all district last year. He's returning for his SR year.

Woodz are probably the favorites to win district. They graduated a lot but are returning some very good players. Saw the size of their JV last year. Some big dudes. Their OL will be very good with Lindsey and Sibal and I suspect a very good supporting cast. Their DL is always stout and with Clapsaddle back their Defense overall will once again be very good.
Katy might be getting ahead of themselves looking ahead to the Bellevue game. Woodz will give them a good game. As will NS. I wonder who Katy will have to counter Randy Knust?

I think for the most part, Woodlands based posters also graduate when they or their kids graduate. Except for a couple of exceptions. Mine graduates in 2010.

:D It's only March, most Pack fans are just waiting for the season to get closer, but you know Lufkin will always be in the mix. I think us being isolated to the North side of the district, also gives us that little mystery factor as well. ;):ninja:

The only one I am aware of is Chad Lindsay. Dude is a load. Probably one of top three or four athletes in Houston for 2009. Wonder which school he is going to pick from a list that includes LSU, Oklahoma and Notre Dame?

We can talk about it all we want. But it would be pointless. According to all the off season threads, Katy's already got the championship won. :D

Recent article states that he is choosing between LSU and ALABAMA tough decision.

Can't beat your chest when you go 7-5. The only hope we have next year is that Quick puts together another monster defensive unit and pray that 4 play Green brings his play book this season. I am mostly bankin on Deauntre Smiley to do something the most mobile QB we have had since McNeal. As far as the trenches go we lost the entire front 4 but there was some big Sophmore kid that play a lil bit pretty sure he will be the next big time DL outta Lufkin. Other then that Lufkin is maybe an 8 win team next season. Doesnt really matter I leave for basic training on July 6th that and AIT **** I might catch the pack during playoffs but the next 4 years are gonna really suck when it comes to my Pack.

That is a strong pick for Lindsay - Alabama - Saban is going to be loaded. Lindsay definitely is the best road grader interior lineman in Texas this year - and maybe the last few years. Saban like to pound the ball and Lindsay is a pounder. Congrats to Chad Lindsay.

Maddog2020.....can't wait to see it!! What a Hoss!! I like the Alabama program and tradition, I really like Chad , Saban is my only question mark. His candle seems to burn real bright, then poof, it goes out and he is gone someplace else? I would like to see him stay 10 yrs and see what he does there?

Gametyme, best wishes to you for your service to the United States of America. The Lufkin Panther's football program will be fine in your absence, much better than you envision.
As for the Quincy Richards kid, I haven't heard about him. He needs to grow 2 or 3 inches to compensate for his weight.
Spring practice starts the 27th, we Pack fans may now get an idea of what to expect in '09.
