Doesn't matter what he plays @ TAMU, he's legit.

I just watched the video, and is it just me or does he look BIG? Great highlights.

Kid's about 6-1, 200, right Chap fans? Still a mystery why he wouldn't play RB in college. ...

he's almost 6'2" 205 lbs. now. Watch for him at the state track meet in May.

The kid has hands like a WR and I'm sure that if he turns out to be the kind of play maker that's expected of him, then Sherman will find ways to get this kid the ball. Besides, A&M already has Cyrus Gray at RB and Christine Michael coming in.

If this kid had gone to Texas(mistake not taking him) he would have and should have been a 4 star. RB,WR, Safety, this kid is way underrated. He is legit 6'1" 205, accelerates like a deer, and is one one the best(hard-working,morals etc.) kids Westlake has ever had.He will shine in college, and probably beyond. he loves the game.

Great talent. Wish him much success. He has a lot of heart and should do great at A&M. Godspeed.

After my son's high school team played Westlake in the quarterfinals, he and several other players told me that Swope was the scariest guy they faced all year. The combination of speed and power is incredible.
As an Ag, I'm glad to see him at A&M. He'll be an impact player no matter where they put him.

The kid Swope will be in a position to dominate....he stands a better chance of getting the ball in step and once he does it's scary. A corner will have to cover this guy....and his career will most likely last longer in this scenario.

wow. he's got that track speed. i think sherman wouldn't hesitate to put him at RB if he proves himself.

He got 5th in state last year in the hundred meters, but i think he is even faster with a football in his hands..

This. Corners would have their hands full trying to cover a kid as big and physical as he is. I also would like to see him get some reverse and jet sweep carries.
