it is in the forecast, but its supposed to snow later in the day. the game is at noon, so dont expect any snow.

We've had it too good. This will be REAL football weather.
Break out the thermals baby!

Personally I like Southlake Carroll in the cold weather. Katy is used to the hot humid air of the gulf coast. Carroll is a little more experienced in the cooler weather. I still don't trust the weather men to get it right till about five minutes after the fact.

i hope the weather conditions aren't a factor. although it's a part of the game, i want to see who really is the best team, without help from any outside factors.

I would LOVE to see it snow for the game. I had never been to a football game during a snowstorm until I moved to Ohio. I'll tell you what - it REALLY shows who the true fans are! Imagine a game in temps of 18-20 degrees with heavy snow falling! You know all the people there are true blue fans. It's awesome! It hurts, but it's awesome. :( :D

As a metroplex native for over 30 years I can tell you with the upmost certainty that it will not snow on Saturday period.
Could be a bit damp and definatly cool but no snow. Plus with the new turf at TS it should be just fine for a football game.
Weather will not be a factor.

I would agree with you to a point..our fearless forecasters are so confused about winter precip that they have just as good a chance of missing the forecast of a blizzard as they do a dry perfect day. We just don't know which way they'll miss it...?

I highly doubt it will snow at all, much less accumulate...it will be chilly but don't count on snow.

Weather shouldn't be that big of a factor. Although it would be interesting to see if SLC/Katy could hold on to the ball with snow/moisture all over it.

I am not trusting the meteorologists... I will see the weather when I am sitting down in my seat with 2 hot dogs and a Mr. Pibb. Until then, it can rain cats and dogs(literally) for all I care.

Don't forget halftime - when the bands get out there. I can imagine the slipping and sliding as they move around could be quite comical - wet instruments and flags - just hope we don't see any major injuries out there.
And if there is snow - would be such a pretty sight to get the Red Katy and Green Carroll band folks out there together - would be such a holiday vision - Red and Green in the Snow.

I wouldn't worry.. They have already changed the forecast. 40% chance of showers and in the 50's in Irving for the game, people..
It won't be bad..

Well, one of the great things about Texas Stadium is there's a good chance you won't get rained on. :) Depends what side you are on, the direction, winds, etc..
That big ole hole in the roof isn't big enough to cover every section most times.
