For all the "neutral" or "would like to see Katy win" fans who are attending the game Sat, pls feel free to come join the Katy Red Sea....trust me......you will have the best time you have every had at a HSFB game.......we are rowdy and we have a great band ("That Roarin' Band from Tigerland!") and a great time at every game! We dance in the aisles, we jump and shout, we blow our Katy Train whistles, and we get a good arobic workout! Wear your team's colors and come share some stories with us! In the Holiday Spirit, we don't care what color you wear, just come out and watch a very good HSFB game!

I saw 2 CyFalls football players proudly displaying their letter jackets at the SV/Katy game. I am glad they came to support us.

Believe me, there would have been a whole bunch more Cy Falls fans but we had a kickball tournament fundraiser for the baseball and softball teams on Saturday and a lot of the football players and other athletes were on teams too. It went on all day and it had already been postponed once for the Katy game - otherwise, you would have seen a lot more green in the stands, including myself!! I had to work the concession stand while your game was going on:( But it was for a good cause and everyone had a great time.

KHS is roughly the same size as SLC (site says projected at 2700 for 05/06), but Katy Independent School District is about 48,000 total students K-12 and 2900 teachers, - six high schools.

It is close to University of Houston. No real beef with Yates in Katy - don't see them much especially since they are 4A.

At first yes we will be very sad if it were to end up that way, but then we would realize that we still made it to State and we still did the best we could. Even if we lose it does not mean we are a bad football team because we made it that far. And what ever happens happens. Congrats to SLC if they win great for them. We wont hate them for it we will just respect them even more. People I know at Katy honestly love SLC. They think that they are a great team and that we are so honored to play them.

No Houston can not take Katy like old town Katy because it is it's own city. Everything that was in between Katy aka mason and grandparkway was not called anything so they just called it Katy since it was close to Katy.
