I dont know how true this is, but I got this from another site and this is what they think the 2005 Playoffs, would look like under the 2006 Format..Can someone please confirm..This is really interesting....This would be the first Round...
5A Division 1 Region 1
EP FRANKLIN(9-1) VS LUBBOCK CORONADO (2-8)
MIDLAND LEE(4-6) VS MANSFIELD (5-5)
SOUTHLAKE CARROLL (10-0) VS EULESS TRINITY (9-1)
ARLINGTON (7-3) VS PLANO EAST (5-5)
SAN ANGELO CENTRAL (4-6) VS EP CORONADO (7-3)
MANSFIELD SUMMIT (8-2) VS ODESSA (7-3)
SOUTH GRAND PRAIRIE (9-1) VS KELLER FOSSIL RIDGE (6-4)
PLANO(10-0) VS DUNCANVILLE (6-4)
I'll post what they think 5a Region IV would have looked like later and thats an interesting one too..Tell me what you'll think about this..Remember this is the 2006 format, using this years playoff schedule..
